Access to information for Support Staff in Annual Profile depends on your needs, and your role.
- Select Limited Access, if you are entering data on a faculty member's behalf.
- (Recommended training: Annual Profile: Introduction .)
- Select Full Access, if you will be providing support during the annual review process for your entire department or college.
- (Required training: Annual Profile: Introduction, Annual Profile: Administration, Annual Profile: Evaluation Setup , and Schedule an Annual Profile System Walk Through.)
- Please note, as a security best practice, for units with less than 100 faculty (full and part time) full access accounts are limited to 2 college-level and 2 department-level coordinators for each sub-unit. Units that have more than 100 faculty, up to 3 coordinators with full access can be requested.
- Select Reports Viewer, If you are a Department Head, Director, or Dean.

Note: Faculty access will be created automatically in Annual Profile, if the UA VItae flag is selected in their UAccess Employee record. Contact your department's payroll manager for questions regarding employee records.
