The information below will help you get started with the Annual Profile system.
Requesting Limited support access:
- If your only responsibility is entering activities on a faculty member's behalf, complete and submit the access request form: Request Access to Annual Profile.
- Training IS NOT required for this role, but we do suggest reviewing the Annual Profile: Introduction online course in EDGE Learning to help you navigate the system..
Requesting and receiving Full Access to Annual Profile:
- If your responsibilities include supporting all faculty in your unit throughout the annual review cycle, as well as using Annual Profile to setup annual reviews, you will need Full access. To gain this administrative access you must complete the following online training courses:
- New College and Unit Coordinators need to complete the following courses on EDGE Learning:
- Complete and submit the access request form: Request Access to Annual Profile.
- Schedule an Annual Profile System Walk Through with the Annual Profile Support Team,
- With final confirmation from your department or college, we will set up your access to the system.
